Replacement will be provided only if:
• You receive a wrong product, or
• The product is damaged during transit

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us:
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of outer packaging
• Order ID and registered mobile number

After verification, replacement will be processed within 5–10 working days.

• Used or opened products
• Damage after delivery by customer
• Requests after 48 hours of delivery
